Return Policy

We accept full returns/exchanges on all items within 14 days of the purchase date. If by any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased from Mansofficial. The item must be unworn and in the original packaging without damage. To be eligible for a exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange/Refund. Please email us at sales@mansofficial.com and we will start the return process. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return charge.

We reserve the right to accept a return. We may also require a restocking fee for item(s) being returned. Additionally, the shipping costs for the returned item(s) will not be refunded by Mansofficial(If Applicable). Please contact us via email at sales@mansofficial.com prior to your return.
