Return Policy
We accept full returns/exchanges on all items within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn and in the original packaging without damage. Please email us at sales@mansofficial.com and we will start the return process. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return charge

Does MANSOFFICIAL have a warranty?
Yes! We are so confident with the quality and durability of our products, that if something were to happen within the first year, we hope you will send it back to us. The warranty ONLY includes manufacturer defects and does NOT cover:
- Wear, tear, and aging (e.g. scratched metals, alteration of the color, plating wearing away over time, tarnish/patina)
- Any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, and accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken clasps, etc.)
